Shipping Information 

We do not ship frozen and perishable items through any carriers, but we offer same-day delivery for perishable goods within our location. All customers pay for all delivery and shipping fees unless it is waived by the store.


Please note that shipping costs are based on the total weight of your orders and location and there is no flat rate.

Returns

We will accept for return or exchange nonperishable items with the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned in new condition and original package.
  • All items must be free of damages and must be returned within 48 hours with the original purchase receipt/s.

Note: All frozen and perishable products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene concerns. All refunds do not include the shipping fee. We ship back to you at your own expense.

Do you ship nationwide or deliver? 

Yes, we ship only nonperishable items Canada-wide. However, we can deliver any item to your doorstep within our location.

What is your accepted payment method? 

We accept all kinds of payments (cash, e-transfer, in-store POS, etc.).

Can I call to place an order? 

To avoid any mistakes with your order, we prefer you send us a message that lists everything you need. We are very prompt in replying. Send us your message via our social media emails or WhatsApp. Please also state the mode of delivery (ship to me, pick up, or same-day delivery).
